Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from your hotel with packed lunches and drive to Tarangire National Park, 118 km from Arusha. This park is famous for its large elephant herds and the iconic baobab trees. You’ll also see many other animals like lions, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests, especially near the Tarangire River. Enjoy a picnic lunch during your game drive, then head to Mto wa Mbu village for dinner and overnight at Kizumba Camp (FB).

Day 2: Mto wa Mbu to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its alkaline soda lake, which attracts many birds. The park is ideal for game drives in the dry season and bird watching in the wet season. After your game drive, return to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight at Kizumba Camp (FB).

Day 3: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with stops at the crater viewpoint and Olduvai Gorge (optional). Enter Serengeti National Park through Naabi Hill Gate, where you’ll have a picnic lunch. Enjoy game viewing as you head to the central Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at Seronera Public Campsite (FB).

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, take a morning game drive in Serengeti, where you might see predators returning from a night of hunting. After a hot lunch, proceed to Ngorongoro with a game drive en route. Dinner and overnight at Simba Public Campsite (FB).

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive with a picnic lunch. You’ll see a variety of animals, including wildebeests, zebras, elephants, lions, and, if lucky, the rare black rhino. In the afternoon, return to Arusha for drop off at your hotel.
