Day 1; Arrive Julius Nyerere Internal Airport (DAR)Arrival in Dar es Salaam transfer to the city

Upon arrival at Dar es Salaam International Airport, you will go through customs and immigration procedures. Our representative will be waiting for you, and then you’ll be transferred to Mediterraneo Hotel or a similar accommodation. (BB)

Day 2; Dar Es Salaam to Nyerere National Park

Drive from Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park Start your day with an early breakfast at the hotel. At 7:30 a.m., our driver guide will be ready to take you on a scenic 5-6-hour drive to Nyerere National Park. After lunch, enjoy a boat safari along the Rufiji River, where you might spot hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species. Later, proceed to Rufiji River Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 and 4; Nyerere National Park

Safari Activities in Selous Game Reserve Embark on a walking safari and game drives in Selous Game Reserve, accompanied by leisure time at the camp. Walking safaris provide an opportunity to explore the ecosystem closely with an experienced guide ensuring your safety. Dinner and overnight at Rufiji River Camp. 

Day 5; Drive to Mikumi National Park

 After breakfast, depart from Nyerere National Park with a picnic lunch box for a journey to Mikumi National Park. Enjoy game drives en route, witnessing diverse bird species and mammals including giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, and more. Dinner and overnight at Vuma Hills Tented Lodge.

Day 6; Full day in Mikumi National Park

Safari Activities in Mikumi National Park Experience full-day game drives in Mikumi National Park, renowned for its abundant wildlife sightings. Lions, zebras, wildebeests, and buffaloes are commonly spotted during safaris. All meals will be served at Vuma Hills Tented Lodge.

Day 7; Drive from Mikumi Park to Udzungwa Mountains National Park

Following breakfast, depart for Udzungwa Mountains National Park. Upon arrival, embark on a half-day hiking and bird-watching tour in the rainforest towards Sanje Falls, offering a stunning view of Kilombero Valley. Dinner and overnight at Udzungwa Forest Camp.

Day 8: Drive from Udzungwa to Ruaha National Park

After breakfast, collect your picnic lunch and depart for Ruaha National Park. Arrive in the afternoon at Ruaha River Lodge, offering a picturesque view of the Great Ruaha River. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge.

Day 9: Full day Game drives in Ruaha National Park

Safari Activities in Ruaha National Park Enjoy a full day of wildlife viewing with morning and afternoon drives available. Ruaha’s terrain is ideal for spotting predators like lions and leopards, along with crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, antelopes, and various bird species. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge. 

Day 10: Fly Ruaha to Dar Es Salaam

Fly from Ruaha National Park to Dar es Salaam Spend leisure time at the lodge before flying back to Dar es Salaam in the afternoon. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport terminal III for your outbound international departure flight.
